CBG Solutions was founded in response to a significant demand for high quality, independent and effective employee education, nationwide.
Tina Gilchrist, the founding Director of CBG Solutions, has over 20 years experience in providing seminars and employee education; working closely with well known private and public sector organisations.
We have a long-standing team of associates who have extensive experience and knowledge in their individual topics and work together to provide a consistent style and quality of presentation.
Our seminars and services have been developed over many years. We continually talk to employers and employees and review feedback. This pro-active approach allows us to constantly improve course content, keeping it fresh, up-to-date and relevant to the delegates attending.

Why we value our independent status
CBG Solutions is a fully independent company. We are neither sponsored by, nor bound to any financial services provider or other organisation.
This is one of our major strengths, as it allows us to present an informed, balanced and totally unbiased approach to the various options open to employees, when planning for their future.
Where any of our seminars incorporate sessions from financial speakers, we ensure their presentations and interaction with delegates is based on our own rigid and pre-determined criteria; relating to experience, qualifications, knowledge, presentation style, company culture and providing access to fully independent financial advice.
Our Style
The key to our success is the interactive nature of our seminars: encouraging participation and the sharing of ambitions, hopes and fears.
We take considerable pride in building programmes that enable us to address the issues employees face throughout their working lives and into retirement. The style of these programmes enables us to take into account each individual’s aspirations and concerns.
The formation of CBG Solutions has allowed us to take the delivery of our services much further than most and includes:
